Windows 10: Is there a way to setup a prioritized logon method list

Hi thereWe have begun using Windows Hello, primarily just with Pin, but are also opening up for the use of Camera or Face login.Users report back that it dosent remember the last login method, so they experience random login methods when they login or unlock their PC.This causes login failures, because they dont read the password field and sees what login method password/Pin that they should use, they exspect it to be the same as lastWhen using Camera they experince that when locking their pc that the camera/PC instantly looks for them and tries to log them in again, and thus failing because

Programs Missing From Control Panel List

I was able to get rid of XNVIEW by downloading it and using it's own uninstaller.
Have tried method suggested by Pyramid 10 with photoscape without success.
Can't figure out how to do what is asked.

Learning method

Trial and error is always the best, but you need to get an idea of what you need to do in order to use trial and error. I would start out with tutorials, and maybe a textbook for reference.

All the methods you listed are great ways to learn. Each person learns differently than the other. The individual that is trying to learn needs to figure out which learning method is best suited for them, and they can figure that out with trial and error with the methods you listed. *Toast :toast:

 

Win 10 Logon problem  

Sorry, but I'm confused. You said:
"Once you have taken that precaution, you should use NetPlwiz again to
1 undo the automatic logon you set up,
2 then reboot,
3 then you can use NetPlwiz again to re-do the automatic logon."
And I said I didn't know how to undo the automatic logon I set up.
So what is option 1 and what is step 3?

One last question (hopefully): if I want to automatically log in to my Microsoft account do I first have to set up a user with my email address as the user name? Looking at Accounts, Email & Accounts in Setup, my Microsoft account is listed under Accounts used by other apps. But it is not listed in netplwiz. Under Your Info, my email address appears under my original local user account name.
