Windows 10: Is there a way to speed up a security account change?

I got hacked and I changed my security back to me but I can't access what thay did or my security for 30 DAYS is there a way to speed up this process I need my account back under my full control.Ps: the hacker used this email if you can find enything about them please tell me "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***"I want to make it so he can never access a pc again hacking random people to steal information and money is not ok.

Vista Security ANOYANCE!

Go to user accounts and family saftey, then user accounts, then at the bottom of that list will to turn user account control on and off. Select and turn off. Then go to security center and select change the way windows notifys me on the side. Then you can change it so the balloon doesn't pop up.

Query about changing the account name

Since you have already changed the name on your Microsoft account, we suggest switching into a local account, and then log back in with your Microsoft account. This way, we can be sure that any changes made to your Microsoft account will be synced to your
local user account.

For steps on how to switch to a local account:

• Click on Start.
• Click on Settings.
• Click on Accounts.
• Under Your account, click on Switch to a local account.

To switch back to a Microsoft account:

• Follow steps 1-3 above to get to Accounts.
• Under Your account, click on Sign in with a Microsoft account instead.
