Windows 10: Is there a way to step through the programs loaded at startup in Windows 10?

I'm experiencing an error that doesn't happen in Safe Mode, so I know it's a 3rd party program. I was wondering if there was any way to load Windows and then step through the programs it loads in order to narrow down which program it is?

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

 

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup
