Windows 10: Is there a way to stop a device locking when it goes to sleep without disabling the sleep...

Hi at work we have some PCs around the venue that are used as kiosks, currently they sit on 24/7. We are investigating a way that they will sleep when not in use but can resume when the screen is tapped.Currently they automatically lock when the device sleeps but as expected we cannot give the password to everyone and they log in automatically though group policies and are highly restricted when logged on.Is there a way to disable locking through gpolicies or windows settings to prevent this but save power?Thanks

Windows 10 goes to lock screen instead of sleep mode.

My computer has this problem for a while but i haven't found any solution online.

My PC doesn't go to sleep mode by being idle anymore, instead of going to sleep mode it just locks the user and goes to the lock screen.

The only way to go to sleep mode is to put my PC manually.

Did anyone experienced that issue?

Any suggested solutions?

Click on Power/Sleep but it goes to Lock screen instead

Win 10 ver 2004. It seems like it is trying to go to sleep because it goes to a black screen for about 10 seconds, then goes to the lock screen. (If on the other hand I click the Username/Lock it goes immediately to the lock screen, so I think it is trying to sleep and unable to.) I've tried disabling Hybrid Sleep, updated drivers, Ran powercfg -requests (showed None). Any ideas? Thanks
