  1. Is there a way to swap out broken drivers?

    Hey there,

I've got a strange one here. So I bought an LCD screen a few days ago in order to build myself a small display where streams or Youtube videos can run on, while I am working on my main display. Unfortunately the screen does not work correctly. During normal operation the screen stays black.

BUT: During startup the screen shows the Intel logo, I can see the BIOS menu on the screen and safe mode is also working correctly, as well as a live image of Ubuntu. Only my Windows 10 64-bit Pro installation does not work with it.
But it gets even stranger: My laptop from work is also running Windows 10 64-bit Pro, but the display has obviously no problems with that one.

So I guess this has to be a driver issue. Is there any way to copy the drivers from my working laptop to my private pc in order to make the display run with it?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

  3. Realtek audio broken with update, Also microsoft chat is broken

My audio is ruined with this last update, i've done every step and recommended action listed by microsoft and every suggestion on the first 20 pages of google search. Realtek is no longer showing up anywhere, like microsoft disabled it, microsoft chat is
also broken, requesting to speak with a human brings you to a couple options, all of which are broken and clicking on "chat" closes the window and nothing happens, this is absolutely disgusting, i've spent the last 4 hours trying to get my tablet, my audio,
    and microsoft support to work.

    way to treat your customers....................

Is there a way to swap out broken drivers?

    Is my graphics card broken?

    UPDATE: Please see here.

    I have a Sapphire HD 4830.

When I boot into XP all is initially fine and I am able to see the desktop.

However, when I click on the start bar and navigate a few steps, I receive an immediate white screen of death and a total irrecoverable lock-up.

I am confused about what this could mean and I would be grateful for any suggestions on the best course of action to test and repair the problem.

Does this sort of issue suggest that the graphics card is irretrievably broken?
