Windows 10: Is there a way to use the old Paint Editor?

Is there a way to use the old Paint Editor? The new one as well as the new snipping tool stinks - you can't even rotate a shape that you insert - for example, a triangle that I want to orient differently or an arrow. Not sure why an 'update' removes the valuable features?

Is there a fill in paint can in Fresh paint feature like in the Old Paint?

There isn't in the Fresh Paint app -- it's really designed to be like a true canvass and painted with brushes/pencils and such.

If you want something like the old Paint, you have several options:

• Use the new
  Paint 3D app that Microsoft created. It's like the old Paint, but has 3D capabilities too.
• Use the old Paint. It's the same old Paint as always, just included for anyone that still wants to use it.
• Find something else entirely in the Windows app store.

• Right click on the picture.
• Click on open with.
• Select paint.
• You will be able to see the picture in paint.

Text Editor on Webpage

I'm creating a website that requires an advanced text editor, similar to the word processor in Google docs. I'm planning on creating the editor from scratch, but I'm not sure what language to use. I was thinking of using a Java applet, but I'm open to other suggestions. Some of the features that are required are highlighting and drawing (such as Microsoft Paint). Any suggestions would be helpful.
