Windows 10: Is there a way to

This computer is a few years old but never used. I now need to get it set up & in operable condition.When I turn on the power, it starts to have a few beeping noises, when I use the 4 way toggle button on back of computer right side, this screen comes up allowing me to make changes to the "Current Mode", which is in DISPLAY. But can not get it to reach the "Startup Menu" in order to set up computer for use.This is the on screen diagram of the 4 way toggle button on back right hand side of computer, above power button.Computer continues to beep a few minutes, while trying to get controls to

Memory Upgrade, what fits my goal ?

id suggest a new PSU is 1st on the list ,no way a 300w PSU is going to run those specs.

double post (sorry) but another good way is to sort it by FSB, so that people can look to the top of the list to see the best OC'er in each category.


possibly sort it out by core type as well?

its an idea, but the list is somewhat short at the moment so it may be pointless til it gets bigger.

 

Programs Missing From Control Panel List

I was able to get rid of XNVIEW by downloading it and using it's own uninstaller.
Have tried method suggested by Pyramid 10 with photoscape without success.
Can't figure out how to do what is asked.

Your next suggestion?
