Windows 10: Is there a way to

This computer is a few years old but never used. I now need to get it set up & in operable condition.When I turn on the power, it starts to have a few beeping noises, when I use the 4 way toggle button on back of computer right side, this screen comes up allowing me to make changes to the "Current Mode", which is in DISPLAY.
