Windows 10: Is there a "Windows Classic" theme (like 7 has)?

Discus and support Is there a "Windows Classic" theme (like 7 has)? in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; See the title. I found the old Windows 98 colors quite appealing to me.     See the title. I found the old Windows 98 colors quite appealing to me. Both Windows XP and 7 had a 'Windows Classic' theme.. however I'm hearing 10 doesn't.
    Surely it's got to be somewhere. Now I've also been told that I can customize the colors to be similar to it, but I haven't seen any videos showing me how to go about doing so.

    If I could please be given some instructions on where to go (or a video explaining it), that would be great.

    Some days ago on page
    http://ea.mobile.nokia.com/content/spin/ea/6120c/en/theme/index.xhtml     or in phone (nokia 6120c) themes/general/download themes/ was very cool theme (light cream white, black fonts) " Nokia Simple ", now its dissapear from this site. Where i can get it?
    or maybe somebody has it and could send to me.
