Windows 10: Is there a Windows Local Policy which can turn Explorer's Show More Options by default?

I know there is a registry hack:reg add HKCU\Software\Classes\CLSID\{86ca1aa0-34aa-4e8b-a509-50c905bae2a2}\InprocServer32 /ve /d "" /fBut can it also be achieved via Windows Policies?

IN VAIN have I done the suggested registry change and also set Local Group Policy to ENABLED for "Turn off display of recent search entries in the File Explorer search box" - but search history still shows.
