Windows 10: Is there an alternative method to fix error 0x80070643 when updating windows?

I have been having issues with updating winows and it's becoming a reoccurring issue as it's happened multiple times now.When I go to install the update it says installing and gets stuck on 0% and doesn't move. I then get given this error code 0x80070643. I found a fix that has worked for others by using PowerShell but that hasn't resolved my issue. Any help or advice given would be much appreciated

Try to apply the update manually As suggested by Microsoft. I just wrote a
step by step guide.

However be sure that the update itself is downloaded and that the installation part is failing, and not the downloading part.
