Windows 10: Is there an app to organize your icons in the desktop like folders on Android?

I've been looking for a desktop organizer that let me organize my icons like you would do in a Android phone. Like, putting your icons in a folder, and upon hovering on it it would expand, and removing the mouse would minimize it, is there such a thing?

Desktop folder suddenly organized like a music folder

My desktop folder has switched to being organized like a music folder. Since the customize tab is not available for the desktop folder, how do I switch this back? I'm on Windows 10 Enterprise Version 1803 build 17134.472, if that is relevant.

 

Remove Linux Desktop Icons

I am not sure whether this will work (Ubuntu does not have icons like that on the desktop by default), but I suggest opening the trash bin and sweeping the icons into the window showing the trash bin.

That sounded like the solution but actually it didn't work at all.

I solved in another way, and NOTHING else worked (I've been trying for weeks):

1. Rename your desktop folder, something like "olddesktop";
   
2. Create a new folder called "Desktop";
   
3. Apply the Desktop icon stored in imageres.dll (the folder behind the desktop will appear automatically with the imageres.dll icon, the SHELL32.dll icon is just the desktop with no folder behind);
   
4. Right-click the old folder and use the "Path" tab to move its content to the new folder;
   
5. Delete the "olddesktop" folder;
   
6. Refresh your user folder with the F5 key.
