Windows 10: Is there another way to get Xbox App and its services?

I'm trying to play minecraft on a school laptop. The microsoft store used to only show school related apps, and I was able to use the xbox app links to get the services and stuff. Now the microsoft store is fully blocked. The link to download xbox app is also blocked. I was wondering if there is another way to download gaming services, gamebar, and xbox app with an alternate link or metho.

• Right click on the service and select Properties.
• Set the Startup type to Automatic. If the service isn't started, click
  Start.
• Save the changes.
• Launch the Xbox App and sign in to your account again.

"Server connectivity = blocked" on Xbox app on Windows 10

If your server connectivity is "Blocked", it means that your computer was unable to establish a Teredo IPsec connection to the Quality of Service (QoS) server. Since you've tried the troubleshooting steps from our support page, let's try to restart the "IP
Helper" and "Xbox Networking Service" by performing the following steps below:

1. Press the Windows Key + R to open the Run box.
2. Type "services" and hit enter to open the Services Window
3. Scroll down until you find an entry called “IP Helper”. Right-click on it, and then click Restart.
4. Scroll all the way down to the bottom and do the same thing for “Xbox Live Networking Service”.
5. Close the window, open the Xbox app and check your connection again.

If the issue persists, I recommend that you try connecting your computer to another network to see if that will change the server connectivity on the Xbox app.

I do not use XBox. Is there a way to delete (not disable) the following Xbox components from the Services?
