Windows 10: Is there another way to roll back 1809? Windows will not let me uninstall it

Hi another windows 10 question. Just had someones machine update to 1809, now half of the machine is whacked out and not working correctly. I can go in and uninstall the update, but it installs immediately on reboot. Using the windows show hide update tool, does not see the update to select to tell it not to install it. I have a windows.old directory. Can I get rid of this update? thank you!

How do you uninstall chipset drivers?

I'm installing a new mobo so I need to uninstall the intel 865g drivers to make way for the P35 drivers.

Can't find any uninstall options in add/remove programs and intel chipset inst listed in driver cleaner.

Any suggestions? *Confused

free version doesn't list 64bit applications, hence totally helpless to remove them, while native windows uninstaller will do that.

only paid version revo uninstaller pro does and also another paid program called your uninstaller.
