Windows 10: Is there another way to save files while in windows recovery mode?

I don’t have access to the desktop of my PC and I can’t enable safe mode. I’ve been copying my files over to an external hard drive using the notepad.exe in the command prompt. My problem is that I can’t find the appdata folder in my user folder to copy, I’m trying to find my .minecraft folder usually I’d look in file explorer > user > appdata > roaming > .minecraft or by hitting windows + R, running %appdata% to open the folder then > roaming > .minecraftI really don’t want to lose this folder but notepad isn’t the most accessible for searching. Saves log files ?

You can either read the files in Windows or my preferred method is.....

You can then run cleaner, you will see the log files listed, then if you right click you can save as a text file and then have a read. You may also get an "error reporting" log listed seperatly.

 

Cannot go into recovery mode in several ways

Problem:

Cannot login into normal mode or safe mode or access anything other than Boot settings.

• Do not get usual login screen.
• Seeing Automatic repair and then BSOD with code 0xc000014c
• That loop continues.

Troubleshooting Steps taken:

• Tried 3 times reset when in "Preparing Automatic Repair" to boot into recovery mode - Failed.
• Created bootable WIndows 10 USB flash drive to go into repair mode - Getting another BSOD with code "Driver pnp watchdog"
• Some times, after "Preparing automatic repair" screen, i get "Your pc needs to be repaired" recovery screen where it shows F8 to go into Startup settings. When i press F8, i get the same screen again in a loop.

Saving and deleting files

I suspect you have some agent that interferes with the normal operation of Windows. Please try this to find out:

• Press Shift+Restart to start Windows in Safe Mode.
• Modify some file, then save it.
  
  Delete some file.
• Press Shift+Restart to start Windows in Safe Mode.
• Check if the actions from Step 2 persist.
