Windows 10: Is there any in person assistance Microsoft stores in toronto?

I have owned a Surface Pro since Surface Pro 2. I have a seven. I’m thinking about getting a new 11, but I have noticed there is no way to contact Microsoft for technical assistance, or I can’t find the phone number I used to go to the Microsoft store in Toronto. I don’t believe they have any more open stores here. Can somebody help me out?

The error message Windows cannot find ‘ms-windows-store: PurgeCaches’. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again means that your Microsoft Store is not registered. For us to assist you, we suggest that you follow the steps listed below
to re-register your Microsoft Store:

• Press the Windows button + X.
• Click on Command Prompt (Admin).
• In the command prompt, enter the following command:
  
  PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml
