Windows 10: Is there any known fix for this specific Spatial Sound issue?

Hi there,I seem to be having the oddest issue with the Windows Sonic for Headphones option. I want to be able to turn it on but every time I do, using the Windows+R shortcut and going into the properties of my audio device, it doesn't even give me time to apply the setting before it fades right back to Off. It gives me the option to turn it on, the drop down menu is not greyed out, I can select the option to enable it, but it immediately turns itself back off. I have Tozo T10 earbuds, an HP Envy x360 laptop with all of the pre-installed RealTek audio drivers, which are all up to date, my Windo

Hi,

The Spatial Sound feature is available in Windows 10 but by default, it has been disabled. To enable it, follow the steps below:

• In the notification area, right-click on the sound icon.
• In the context menu, click on Playback devices.
• Select your playback device and then click on Properties.
• Click on the Spatial sound tab.
• Select the Spatial sound format you want to apply.

I followed the instructions but when I got to #4 spatial sound said off and there was no other info or any way to turn it on. I hit return to default but that did nothing. Please help. my earphones are off .
