Windows 10: Is there any limit of size of windows default notepad?

I've seen article suggesting it's 1GB, 2GB or 32MB or even 54KB. I'm actually confused since I'm using windows 10, which is not guaranteed compared with windows 11's notepad

You can reset the default window size and position for Notepad by following the below:

=> Launch Notepad as you normally would.

=> Manually resize the Notepad window to your desired default size by dragging the corners of the window.

=> Move the resized window to your preferred default position on the screen.

=> Close Notepad.

=> When you close Notepad, it should remember the size and position for the next time you open it.

Now, when you open Notepad again, it should appear in the size and position you set as the default.

Your answer changes only the current page size.

When you exit the file, and reopen it, the page size returns to letter.

What I want is to change the default page size for the notepad to become A 4 each time you open it.
