Windows 10: Is there any other way to download Service Pack 1 and 2 updates for Windows 7?

I have a very old desktop which have Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit.I tried to find the SP1 offline installer on Microsoft links but they are showing 404 Not Found.======I've also read SP1 would require some other updates before you can install SP1 update. I'm not sure about those.So is there any other way or any other source to download all the files/updates required and then install them offline?
