    Can not record audio.

    Hi,

    We suggest that you run troubleshooting for Audio Recording by following these steps:

    • Type troubleshooting on the search box.
    • Click View all.
    • Select Recording Audio.
    • Follow the steps to troubleshoot Recording Audio.

    how to record my pc screen

    For screenshot thing, use Snipping Tool.

    For video recording, try use Camtasia Studio that maybe provide screen recording (but it need powerful GPU on your PC however, I think).

    Snipping Tool is missing from Windows 10

    If you click on the Windows Start logo (bottom left on the screen) you will get a list come up.

    Scroll down to 'Windows Accessories' click on the drop down listing (v).

    You should find 'Snipping Tool' between 'Remote Desktop Connection' and 'Steps Recorder'.
