Windows 10: Is there any way for me to get this account off so I can put mine back on?

I just got my laptop back after it had been stolen and now I'm locked out of it. It won't even let me factory reset it without a bitlocker pin which I don't have. I've looked on my account to see if I have one but none have been generated or recorded. I just want this account off the laptop so I can put mine back on and access my stuff if it hasn't been wiped.

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

Email account is not Mine

There are no other accounts shown in the mail app except mine. However, when I add mine and try to sync, my daughters inbox is displayed not mine.

• I have removed and added my gmail multiple times.
• My gmail is the only option available to add; (I have attached a screenshot with my email account blocked)
  
  
• I think I need to delete my email account from Outlook.com but I do not know how as I don't see that option
• When I sign into outlook.com and enter my gmail account and password, my daughters inbox is displayed; it wants to import her gmail account.

 

Local account installation question

I'm fairly certain that Skip this step was available in 10.0.130 - the workaround in Step 20 (back button) is no longer required.

The currently known, as of 10.0.130, ways to create a Local account sign-in are

• Skip this step at the MS account creation phase
• No Internet connection during the install
• static IP (post# 2 by Fragment) - New (to me anyway)
