Windows 10: Is there any way to calm down my pointer, cursor, and scrolling on Windows 10 Edge?

At times this problem is worse than others but always present depending on the site visited. This community seems fairly stable for the moment. On some sites it makes them almost impossible to use. Sometimes it does not happen with Outlook, sometimes it does. I'm talking about wild and crazy cursor/pointer/and scroll bars jumping around, disappearing then reappearing, moving pages, like the thing is possessed. What settings or tricks can I use to keep my cursor from jumping to another place on a page while typing? Keep on the same page without jumping to another for no apparent reason?

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

scrolling bad

New event. When placing cursor over a list or row of columns, even the volume bar scrolling is automatic and proceeds to one end of the series and stops. The scrolling also stops when I move the cursor away from the list but am unable to select anything in the list. Not all the possible lists are effected. Other sites have recommended mouse/kb fixes. Have tried all those but the phenomena persists. Have not had any known updates recently and don't have a restore point to try. Any other suggestions? W10Pro 1903

 

Cursor dissappears in Edge and Internet Explorer

Today, I noticed that my cursor/pointer dissappears whenever I'm using a Microsoft browser. As soon as I scroll, the cursor dissappears. Then I have to swipe the touchpad again to get it to show up again. This does not happen in the Chrome browser or any
other application on my computer. Please tell me how to have my cursor stop dissappearing whenever I scroll in Edge or IE.

I just installed the brand new update released today for Windows 10 (KB4512941), so I'm wonering if that's the issue.
