Windows 10: Is there any way to claim Minecraft Bedrock edition if i own the Java version?

Hello! I've been trying to get the free copy of the game since i purchased Minecraft way before 2018... However it seems that the offer ended in 2020? I was not notified at all about this. Is there any way that i could get it? I'm sad that im not able to play cross platform with my friends... If i was notified about this offer i would've claimed it immediately... Money is already tight and my Java version was a gift, i'm not able to afford the windows 10 version.

Minecraft Bedrock Claimed On Unknown Account

So I owned Minecraft java before the date it said you needed to have it to get a free version of Minecraft (Bedrock) and a couple years ago I tried to claim it but it said I already had claimed it on a different Microsoft account. I shrugged this
off but now im trying to find out how to check which Microsoft account I used to claim Minecraft.

Minecraft Bedrock edition

My friend installed the free trial of Minecraft Bedrock Edition and after about a month he bought java edition and got a free code. After he redeemed it sent him to the Microsoft store where it told him to buy it even though he was logged in and when he
tried to type the code again it just says its already redeemed. When he launches Minecraft Bedrock it tells him to buy it again and there is no way to uninstall it. So he basically bought a game that he can't play (Java edition works).
