Windows 10: Is there any way to clear the cache and data of the Microsoft Store App like you can do...

Around a week back I tried to download Forza Horizon 4 from the Microsoft Store, to take advantage of my Game Pass subscription that's gonna end in about a month.

However the download was stalled, so I cancelled it and uninstalled whatever had been installed through the settings app.

The issue I'm now facing is that Microsoft Store doesn't let me view the downloads and updates section and doesn't let me access it's in app settings. It keeps crashing or getting stuck. I also have this icon for Forza Horizon 4 on the start menu at the very top of the list with a progress bar to show how much it's downloaded.

I think Microsoft Store is still trying to download it but keeps failing or something like that in the background. So I thought clearing the cache and data of the Microsoft Store App should be able to solve this.

So how do you do the above? Are there any alternate solutions?

How to clear Browsing Data in Microsoft Edge?

Hello

CCLeaner cannot yet clean the cache of Microsoft Edge. You can clean your browsing data by following these steps.

• Open Microsoft Edge
• Click on the three little dots on the top right corner
• Under Clear Browsing Data click on Choose what to clear
• Then make sure Cache is checked
• Click on Clear
