Windows 10: Is there any way to COMPLETELY disable remote user access on a laptop?

It's a feature I am not too happy with having on my laptop. Id like to permanently disable it if possible. If there's a piece of hardware in the laptop that controls remote access, please tell me where so I can open up my laptop and rip it out with my teeth. Thank you in advance!

Try these two steps and tell us if your issue gets solved. If it does not then your PC may be infected. Use a Good antivirus to remove the infection from your device completely.

 

How Do I Completely Disable Remote Access Connection Manager?

Sounds like you are the recipient of stolen goods. All of our work laptops have this feature where it locks the BIOS and hard disk remotely if stolen, misplaced, or after a certain number of failed access attempts to the data on the disk without the TPM key.

I would suggest returning it to wherever you bought or got it.
