Windows 10: Is there any way to get an animated wallpaper without wallpaper engine?

Discus and support Is there any way to get an animated wallpaper without wallpaper engine? in Windows 10 Ask Insider to solve the problem; I’m thinking of getting wallpaper engine but I don’t feel like it isn’t worth the $5 just for an animated wallpaper.     N73 Animated Wallpaper

    Hi

    Actually I uploaded an animated wallpaper into my phone, it works when its in the gallery screen but when set to wallpaper in the main screen the animated wallpaper becomes static.

    Is there a way to overcome this?

    E65 Animated Wallpaper

    I've seen ready-made themes that have animated backgrounds but I've not seen or found a way to use my own.

    My 6233 can use flash files (.swf) as wallpaper and these look stunning as they are much better quality than standard gif animations.

    Does anyone know of a way to use your own animations as wallpaper on an E65 or other series 60 3rd edition phones?
