Hi. This is Keya. I lost my phone few days ago and lost access to my authenticator app in which my school account was signed in. Then I tried to login several times . But unfortunately it didn’t work by saying that my password is wrong. After that I contacted my School's IT Department and they have fixed the problem. But now I can not use the authenticator app as microsoft says that they have blocked my account. I have also tried submitting a form to recover the account but microsoft team says the information were not enough. What should I do? I can't login to my account and get any important

As an initial troubleshooting step I suggest you to try remove & re-add account & check if the issue persists.

Remove & Re-Add account:

  Select Manage Accounts.

  Click on the account name.

  Select the option remove account & reconfigure account.

Cannot sign in microsoft account.

My device: Lumia 520. GDR2.
I cannot sign in my Microsoft account on my device. It didnt say any error but Microsoft account is not listed in Email and account list. When I click add button, it will show microsoft account option but after press sign in, it is still not shown in email
and account. Another problem is i cannot delete facebook account. Error code: 0x83cf1202. I have tried as suggested here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2475837/en-us#step0x83cf1202 but as my Microsoft account is not shown, I cannot do step 6.

Any suggestion?
