Windows 10: Is there any way to have Remember Window Location like in Win11

I've tried Windows 11 for a while and one feature I've liked the most has been minimizing windows that are on a second monitor when unplugged and restoring them to the same monitor when plugged in. This is very useful and I use it constantly.

So that. Is there any way to do the same in Windows 10?

applications do not remember previous save locations

Is there a way for the music player in WP8 to remember position in the track?

When listening to a podcast the music app seems to be able to remember the exact location if you stop mid-way while listening to the audio.

I would like for it to do the same for other audio files I listen to, for e.g. If I'm listening to a lecture etc. however, it only remembers place where I stopped listening for podcasts not other audio files... any suggestions on what to do?

Location service is greyed out

Thank you for responding.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused for you, I suggest you to try the below troubleshooting steps and check If it helps.

Step 1: Steps to turn on the Location settings.

• Login as an administrator.
• Press Windows key, type Location settings and select
  Change location settings.
• Check whether Location for this device is On by clicking on
  Change.
• Also turn on Location as well.

Step 2: And as you are unable to set the service Geolocation service to automatic, I suggest you to run SFC scan and check.

System File Checker is a utility in Windows that allows users to scan for corruptions in Windows system files and restore corrupted files.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Right click on the Start button, click on
  Command Prompt (Admin).
  
• 
  Type “sfc /scannow” without the quotes and hit
  Enter.
  
• 
  After the scan, restart the computer and check for the issue.
