Windows 10: is there any way to make My laptop's Keyboard not Stutter/Lag W and 1&2&3&4 keys Aren't...

Every time I try to type really fast or just play casual games it just duplicates the character w,1,2,3,4 to be exact, I can't press More than 1-2 keys at a time and I would have to stop what I pressed before, It's really really annoying especially when I type sometimes it just removes what I typed entirely also something to do with touchpad I think, Sometimes it don't even register those keys when I already have one of them pressed, I tried to fix it multiple times, multiple days and yet no progress, I can put a video of me trying to normally play/type if asked.

Keyboard keys switched


After the latest windows insider update some keys on my keyboard have changed. For example " is now @ and the opposite as well. Meaning if I want the @ key as in a email address, I must push the " key. I cant seem to find a way to reset to default. The normal keyboard default does nothing. The other changes are listed below, the errors are in bold red;

Ctrl+shift+1 or 2 or 3 or 4 or 5..etc not working.

Are you facing any issues with other keys on keyboard?

Follow the steps below and check if that resolves the issue.

Method 1: I suggest you to perform the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter. It will resolve the common system problems.

1. Tap on Windows Key and click on search bar.

2. Type “Troubleshooting” without the quotes and click on Troubleshooting.

3. Click on View All on the left panel of the screen.

4. Click on Hardware and Devices.

5. Click on Next and follow the prompts to run the troubleshooter.

If the issue still persist, refer to the below method.

Method 2: I would suggest you to try to update the keyboard drivers and check if it helps.

1. Press Windows logo + X key on the keyboard.

2. Select Device Manager.

3. Expand Keyboards.

4. Click on the driver and click on Update Driver

Windows 11 laptop keyboard stutter lag typing

My new laptop came with windows 11 and I have issue typing since day one. The keyboard stutters, typing has lag, so its never easy to type a even a password. All my peripheral devices like keyboard, mouse, display monitors work fine with other windows laptops with windows 10 and even they work with the Macbook. When I use them with this laptop the problem begins. I tried pretty much everything suggested in different blogs and microsoft help pages with no luck.

Please help fixing this issue. This is the very basic of using a computer is to be able to type. I have spent several days working on it with no luck. Please help.
