    Outllook Email Notification Size

    When my email notification banner pops up in the lower right corner of my screen, it is too large and only shows about 1/3 to 1/4 of the banner. How can I reduce the size of the banner so that I can see the entire notification?

    Follow the steps to change the font size:

    • Click on "Windows logo" and select "Settings".
    • Select "System".
    • You can change the font size here.

    Follow the steps to go to Control Panel:

    • Type "Control Panel" in the search bar.

    So do you want to minimize the file size so that it will be able to send through mail? If yes. I will suggest you to use Image Compressor app to do that.
