Windows 10: Is there any way to show calendar events?

Hi!I trying to find out why I'm not being reminded of calendar events.The calendar in the taskbar will show an event if I click on the action center, but back in Windows 10 I would simply get a notification pop-up telling me about events, the time of the event, etc. The calendar allows me to set reminders and how long before an event I am reminded of it, but this doesn't work because I'm not being reminded of events at all. Is there any way I can re-enable these notification pop-ups? I'd like to be able to see if I have anything planned when I log in to my pc in the morning. Thanks for your ti

Calendar App randomly shows no events, app bar missing

I've noticed recently that the calendar app will sometimes show no events and not have the app bar visible at the bottom of the screen. When this happens, I have to power cycle the phone before the events show up again; closing the calendar app from the
task switcher (hold down back key) and relaunching it appears to have no effect. Also, while the calendar appears to be empty, event reminders still trigger as scheduled. The events always remain visible on other devices, such as through Outlook Web Access,
desktop Outlook client, etc.



For what it's worth, I do have a large number of calendars synced to my phone, but I've had things set up this way long before the problem started:

• On-Premises Exchange 2010
  
  2 calendars (1 hidden)
• Facebook Beta
  
  Birthdays, Attending, Invited
• Hotmail (Windows Live)
  
  4 calendars (3 hidden)
• Office 365
  
  6 calendars (4 hidden)

I'm running a Lumia 928 with WP 8.1 Update (8.10.14157.200).

The fact that the app bar is missing and the notifications continue to work makes me think the app is somehow getting stuck resuming/redrawing, rather than the calendar data actually being missing. Anyone else seeing this? Suggestions?

If the issue persists then, I suggest you to uninstall the apps which came inbuilt with Windows 10 using Windows PowerShell and reinstall using Windows Store. Follow the below steps.

• 
  Open the Start menu, type Windows PowerShell in
  the search bar.
  
• 
  Right click on the Windows PowerShell and select Run as administrator.
  
• 
  Enter the below command to reinstall the Mail and Calendar app.
  

get-appxpackage *microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps* | remove-appxpackage


After performing the above steps, install the Mail and Calendar app form the Windows Store.

WIN10 Calendar does not show all events

On Win 10 Calendar I cannot read all entered events on the Monthly view. The Events are there and Calendar syncs OK. The only way to view all events for a day is to use the Day view, and scroll down a lot to see them all. On older MS calendars (like with
Outlook, or LiveMail), there was an indication (series of dots .......) at the bottom of the day to show that there were more events that were not showing. This is missing on the new Calendar. So viewing the monthly calendar leaves one not seeing many events,
or even that there are events not showing.

This new Win 10 Calendar needs a way to show when there are events not showing because of size constraints. Then it needs a way, like a click, to open up that day and show all events for that day./

One thing that would help a little would be to use a smaller font size for the entries. Or better allow user control of font size.

Outlook Calendar works OK, but I am not going to pay for that service. I am talking about "Calendar" the new app which is supplied with Win 10.
