Windows 10: Is there any way to stop this pop?

why I don't know but when ever the system is on, pop-up of "condemnfundraiserjune.com/a9vg0yeq8u?key=e1f1f8950ed9f94fce76002048a02ab5" website shows up. I reseted my pc to same issue, but for different website pop-up and i was relived for few day's but now its happening again. I used different type of antivirus of premium versions and even windows security "Offline Scanner" too. But there is result, can any one help me with this?

No Safely remove notifiction pop up, HAVE Icon

1st suggestion didnt work at all.
2nd suggestion works but after that when i stop the device the "normal way" its still the same, no "safe to remove device" shows up

To turn on pop-up blocker follow the steps below

  In "More actions" menu, Click on "Settings" to open Settings screen.

  In "Settings" screen, click "View advanced settings" button below "Advanced settings"
  
• 
  In "Advanced settings" screen, turn ON toggle button below the "Block pop-ups" to block the pop-ups. Turn OFF toggle button to unblock the pop-ups

For you to be able to stop or remove any pop-up updates, we suggest that you try the steps provided below on how to disable pop-ups or reminders:

Step 1:

1. Press Windows + X, open Control Panel.

2. Type pop up in the top-right search box.

3. Select Block or allow pop-ups.

4. Go to Privacy settings and check
Turn on Pop-up Blocker box.

5. Click Apply and OK.

Step 2:

1. Open Start menu and click Settings icon.

2. Select System then Notification & actions.

3. Scroll down to the Notifications section and disable the
"Get tips, tricks, and suggestions as you use Windows” option.
