Windows 10: Is there any way to upgrade the software upgrades offline without connecting to internet ?

I am using A dell desk top with windows 10 installed on it .some software's are installed on PC ,and licenses get expired if we connect to internet This is some offline process of shared licence .Software are used to test one control panel of renewable energy application .So basically I am not allowed to connect the PC to internet .My PC was crashed few days back ,I recovered it but ,but worried if it happens again ?Is it the case that I have not updated the upgrades and so crashed ?If yes ,then need to know the offline process of updating the software upgrades .

Recently my pc was selected for windows10Pro free upgrade. I don't have stable and speed internet connection. Can anyone suggest me how to get upgrade offline.

Lost internet connection after upgrading to Windows 10.

after downloading windows 10, i had no internet wifi connections. tried almost everything from community.

I downloaded talent driver network software to an

external drive using another computer and then ran the set up on non internet computer. Wifi networks reappeared and I was able to get on the internet and download some apps but connects lost by the next day when turned on computer, Again unable to get
on internet and network adapters not listed. Talent driver software no longer effective.

tried INFO GROUND(/) STEP 1. NO CHANGED...no connections listed.

Internet connections drops intermittently after Windows 10 upgrade

I would suggest you to run the Network Troubleshooter and check if this helps.

Follow these steps to run the troubleshooter:

• In the search box, type ‘Troubleshooter’, and then click
  ‘Troubleshooting’.
• Under ‘Network and Internet’, click ‘Internet Connections’ and follow the onscreen instructions.

Method 2: Update Network adaptor.

I suggest you to update your network adaptor drivers and check.

• Press Windows key + R key.
• Type devmgmt.msc and press Enter.
• In device manager go to Network adaptor.
• Right click and click on Update drive software
