Windows 10: Is there Any Way to Use Windows 11's Networked Folder as NAS?

Hi can you use as a kind of NAS Window's built-in networking for backup and restoring or repairing your main Windows?Can you back up your main Windows to a shared folder on another PC? The main Windows is 1TB but the shared folder is 2TB Drive the icon is macOS, essentially turning it into a NAS and which backup system is best: an exact sector to sector clone, Raid 1, Create Restore, File History or something else. Disregard the Public Folder which is 2nd internal drive on the same PC at the other location:Thank you. God bless Windows users.

Network folder missing computers, NAS devices

I cannot connect to my NAS (WD MyCloud) via network folder.

On connected via ethernet (directly) to the NAS, it shows up.

Any way to fix this?

 

Can't find NAS in Network Discovery in Windows Explorer

I followed this tutorial and set up my OpenVPN Server and bound my NAS to it so that in order to access my NAS one would either have to be connected to my LAN or if they're outside my LAN then they'd have to be connected to my OpenVPN Server first All works fine BUT I can't discover my NAS (its hostname) in Windows Explorer -> Network (discovery?) FTP and printer sharing are enabled in the network settings in Windows. I followed every single step of the tutorial
