Windows 10: Is there any windows product that is not subscription based?

I am transferring apps from Windows 8.1 to Windows 11. Received note that I was out of license in 4 days and had used up all my allowed Microsoft for Home & Student installs. Could BUY anything I wanted but all were subscription by the month or year and automatic reorder.

Microsoft 365 Subscription - Where to get Windows 10 product key for offline installation?

If you are the administrator for a Microsoft 365 subscription and you want to install Windows 10 Pro on a new device, you can follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Microsoft 365 admin center: Open a web browser and go to https://admin.microsoft.com. Sign in using your administrator account.
   
2. Go to the "Licenses" page: In the admin center, click on the "Licenses" link on the left side of the page. This will show you a list of the licenses that are available for your organization.
   
3. Find the Windows 10 Pro license: Look for the entry for "Windows 10 Pro" in the list of licenses. If you have a license available, it will be listed under the "Assigned" column.
   
4. Get the product key: Click on the "View details" link next to the Windows 10 Pro license. This will open a window with information about the license, including the product key. Copy the product key and save it somewhere safe.
   
5. Install Windows 10 Pro: Use the product key that you obtained in step 4 when installing Windows 10 Pro on the new device. You can use the media creation tool or a Windows installation disc to install the operating system.
   

Note that you may need to activate Windows 10 Pro using the product key after installing it. To do this, open the Start menu and type "activate" in the search bar. Select "Activate Windows" from the search results and follow the on-screen instructions to enter the product key and activate your license.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
