    IS THERE ANYONE WHO WANTS TO MAKE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THESE IDIOTS AT ALL FOR PUTTING EVERYONE THROUGH SO MUCH STRESS, THE WAY THEY TEACH THERE STUPID AGENTS, AND WAY THEY JUST HOLD YOUR MONEY TO GO THROUGH HEAPS AND BOUNDS,.. IS THERE ANYONE WITH ENOUGH KNOWLEDGE TO GET THE BALL ROLLING WITH ENOUGH OF US WITH ENOUGH PROOF THEY CANT TAKE US ALL DOWN? ANYONE AT ALL

    NVIDIA 4090 Class action lawsuit

    I think this is a bad lawsuit. Why? Because what is the solution?
    People hardly see the consequences of their actions years out.

    What if in response to this, Nvidia coats the gpu board with harmful Chemical flame retardants that are Nurotoxic?
    The gpu will still heat up, but now its releasing neurotoxins like bromine, which is a commonly used chemical.

    What will Nvidia do? They will go the cheapest option which is the chemicals. They should ship a water cooling option with the 4090. Are they going to do that? Or are they going to use the chemicals? So the people starting the lawsuit dont have anyone's health in real concern.

    They got tunnel vision.

    If there is actually some defect, then the lawsuit needs to document that, and present the solution.
