Windows 10: Is there anyway for Microsoft to take me off of the business subscription without me...

I did a trial of the Microsoft business subscription and was never able to log in because I obviously did something wrong and then forgot about it because I thought it was just a trial and would end on its own. Now for 2 months, I have tried to log in to end the subscription because it has charged me, I do not remember my username, email, or password, but they do have my backup email, and they charged it to my debit card. They only sent me 1 email saying to go to the admin center when I first got it, and that never worked, I was never sent my email, username, domain name, password, or anything

• Did anyone answer your query regrading Microsoft Security Bulletin?
• Did you already try to enter the username and password where your wife receive the email for the Microsoft Security Bulletin Releases?

We suggest you to enter the email address where she receive the email about it and check if you can see the subscription to unsubscribe it.

Changing Microsoft personal account to business account

A number of years ago I thought I created a Microsoft account for my business but it is listed a personal account. Every time I set up a new computer I consider creating a new business account but I want to access my subscriptions so I continue to use this account. I have since come to understand that the business account is better suited for my business (security, etc.) Can I switch this existing account account to a business account?
