Windows 10: Is there offline drivers and firmware for wireless display adapter model:1733.

I am looking for a offline installer for drivers and firmware to support my units wireless hdmi display adapters that we use for our classroom projectors. We got new surface pro's and they don't have the drivers needed to connect to the adapters. We do not have the option to connect tablets to internet and Microsoft store is disabled on their images. I am looking for offline installer for the display adapters that I can install with local admin rights.Wireless display adapter model:1733

1. What is the make and model of the wireless adapter?

2. Are you referring to updating the Wireless display adapter?

If so, I would suggest you to visit the manufacturer's website and check if there are any updates available.

However, you can try the steps below and check if you are able to update it manually from the computer.

1. Press Windows key + R.

2. Type devmgmt.msc and press enter.

3. If the wireless display adapter is listed, expand it.

4. Right click on the driver and check for updates.

Issue with connecting Dual monitor with Wireless Display Adapter

1. What is the make and model of the computer?
   
2. What is the model of the TV?
   

This issue can occur if there is pending firmware update or the issue with the drivers. I would suggest you to follow the below steps and let us know about the results:

wireless display adapter model 1628

Same exact issue here with 2 adapters. Both worked well for a long time, then suddenly could not connect to either one. Adapter shows up on TV and my Microsoft Surface Pro3. Message on Surface is "connecting." Message on TV is "connecting to Bill's device."
Then, "unable to connect." Tried connecting two adapters connected to two TVs using three Surface Pro devices. Same result.
