Windows 10: Is there some way to by pass the screen asking me to press the esc button to bring up...

I basically have a new computer, though it is a few years old, it's never been used, sitting in our equipment room in waiting as it were.My wife's health took a turn for the worse, my total focus went to being her 24/7 caregiver, never to even set this device up.I am now in need to get this computer operable to continue my work with her incredible recorded message's, but can't seem to reach the "Startup Menu". I have taken pics of the process computer goes through before shutting down, but they won't upload to this program for your viewing.I have managed to change color settings using the 4 wa

Ways to bypass the login theme and signin do not work

Tried setting netplwiz in option 1 step 4 which shows no check in users must enter ..... no bypass of login

Tried step 4 in option 5 below to disable require sign-on on wakeup via policy via registry but still no change on wakeup still getting the screen picture that requires hitting Esc to move to the sign in window which shows a silhouette image, my user name and a sign in button in order to access my desktop screen. Guess I will have to live with the extra steps.

Unable to access HP Simple Pass to Sign-in to the computer on Windows 10

• Have you installed HP simple pass software on your computer?

Try the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to download the latest HP Simple Pass software from the manufacturer's website install it and check if it helps.

Step 2: If you have already installed the software, I suggest you to re-install it and check if the issue persists.

Follow the steps to Access Recovery Manager:

• Press Start button from the keyboard, type Recover Manager.
• Select Recovery Manager from the list when it becomes available. Allow the action to continue, if prompted. The
  HP Recovery Manager opens.
• Click Software program re-installation, Next , select
  HP SimplePass for the listing and then follow the on-screen instructions to reinstall application
