Windows 10: is there somewhere I can safely download .DLL files?

Discus and support is there somewhere I can safely download .DLL files? in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I'm working on a project on an arch install and the project requires the user32.dll, kernel32.dll and advapi32.dll among a few others, don't ask why...     is there somewhere I can safely download .DLL files?


    I'm working on a project on an arch install and the project requires the user32.dll, kernel32.dll and advapi32.dll among a few others, don't ask why this is a bit of a disaster already and tbh I hardly even know what I'm doing anymore, I would rather avoid messing with my windows install and my windows VM is kinda unstable as is so I'm looking for a reliable and secure source to download such files. is there an official microsoft repo I'm missingI have a copy of the software, my intent is personal use and I don't intend to modify it, or distribute this or the resulting project so it shouldn't

    The problem is, that the required DLL is not actually even listed there.
    There are just dozens of download adware links from the top to the bottom.
