Windows 10: IS there way to have a glass cursor on windows?

I couldn't help but notice that windows was mordernized by all the glass theme. I have 2-1 convertible laptop touch was good the [pen support was mordern but the cursor needs a revamp. It needs to be glassy and translucent. It would look awesome. I tried third party cursors files but they were glassy for a few moments before they turned into something like google maps navigation pointer. Any help?

Thank you both for your prompt replies, I tried all steps listed, some I had tries previously but I still tried them again, but still no cursor.

Do you have any other suggestions?

 

No restart button in task manager

another easy way to kill tasks, download and install Winaero Tweaker(free) and theres a setting to add a Kill non responding tasks using the desktop right click menu. When you place your cursor on the desktop anywhere and right click the option is at the top of the list, Very handy and you dont have to go through all those steps and well Winaero Tweaker has alot of cool Windows tweaks. Just posting a different suggestion, Im sure your ok with what was suggested here.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
