Windows 10: Is there way to move widgets?

After the last update, my weather and traffic widget are on the right side instead of the left side. I tried to left click and move them but they can't be moved, I realize this is s minor thing, but Microsoft has a bad habit of once you get used to something, they change it without warning or reason, then won't let you change it back to the old way, or at least modify it. Habit as to where things are, is one thing that speeds up productivity. Also, I thought Microsoft was real big on being able to "personalize your windows experience" I guess that only goes with some things. If anyone knows ho
