Windows 10: is there way to record 24 bit audio in windows 10?

I am having trouble recording my music mixes to 24 bit, only thing i see is 16bit which is cd quality, 24 bit is hd quality at 48 khz and dvds is this technology and 32 bit sound at 96 khz is the next step which might be blu ray capable. multiple sound software i own is capable of putting out 24 bit audio by playing it or rendering but recording 24 bit audio i cant figure out only 16bit audio, i have heard windows 7 is capable of 24bit but my video card is only windows 10 capable, if there is way within windows 10 please lmk, its sad to see audio being held back at 16bit, and is way nicer sounding at 24bit. i am sure this is a small advance that can create a wave of some sort that should of happened already I think.
