Windows 10: Is there’s a problem with Microsoft Windows App Runtime DynamicDependency LifetimeManager?

I am receiving this error when trying to open some applications "There’s a problem with Microsoft Windows App Runtime DynamicDependency LifetimeManager. Reinstall the application from its original install location or contact your administrator." For example MS SyncFolder cannot run and opening a PDF file from the File Explore using a 3rd party app.I am running Windows 10 Pro 64-bit OS. Moreover, the issue seems to have begun when the system automatically updated on 11/12/2024, when Four "Quality" and One "Other" updates were installed.1. Hi,

How to remove this message box by any means possible?

The message:

"There's a problem with Microsoft App Runtime DynamicDependency LifetimeManager. Reinstall the application from its original location or contact your administrator."

Produced in a blue dialog on every reboot.

Tried:

1. Uninstalling the MS Store and all its applications

2. Updated: Latest downloads for the Windows App SDK - Windows apps

No keyboard and mouse is used on the PC so we cannot clear the error easily..

Searched the event log and found nothing.

Any ideas?
