    Is this a CPU issue?

My Windows download fails right after it copies files from the USB stick and gets stuck in a restart loop until it goes onto the startup recovery screen error 0xc000000f where I am once again stuck in another loop after it fails to repair.I can load into the BIOS but now my SSD does not appear in the boot menu. I am wondering if this could be a dead CPU?

    :)

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

    INCORRECT CPU FREQUENCY READING

    Hello Muhammad,

CPU usage depends on the applications that are open to your device. To isolate the problem, we suggest that you answer the following questions:

    • Can you include a screenshot of the CPU reading?
    • Have you tried performing a
      clean boot
      to eliminate software conflicts?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

    Looking forward to your response.
