Windows 10: Is this a fake Windows Update screen?

The computer shows an "update" screen, perhaps once a week. Without moving the physical mouse, the mouse pointer moves. Clicking, or sometimes just waiting, the screen vanishes and the Web browser shows, displaying my banking Web site. No password for that is saved on the computer. The blue screen says, "Working on updates Do not turn off your system". There are no swirling dots typical of a real Windows Update. The text does not include any full stops, which I thought unusual.Checking Windows Updates history shows no updates done at the time of the event.Windows Defender and Malwarebytes scan

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
