    Is this a scam response

I posted a question on 3/14, to which I got a reply that I could see posted under my question and I also received an email notification, that his person had posted a reply. His advice resolved my issue.

I also received another email notification that another person had posted a reply. I did not see the reply in the thread and I was suspicious to click on the "reply" link in the mail. I have never received a response advisng me to take this action. Is it a legit response? I have with held the name of the responder in case it's legit.

The email contained the regular Microsoft Answers format and links.

    Thanks

    Eileen
