    Is this a scam?


    there are three layered pop-ups on my computer right now, saying it's Windows defender scartscreen. It says to contact 1-855-427-9371. There is also a voice saying not to shut off or restart my computer. The threat detected is a trojan spyware. The pop up in the front has two buttons, "deny" and "allow", but pressing either one doesn't do anything. It disappears for a moment before reappearing. What I'm wondering is whether this phone number is legit? I looked it up and didn't find anything, but I can't be sure. If this is a scam, how do I get out of it?? It has my PC locked on the screen.
