Windows 10: Is this a trojan or some sort of virus?

I dont know if im paranoid because of odd problems with my pcs with the timing of some life events or if Im being hacked or played with. The past couple months Ive been getting odd errors trying to get into websites I used to have no problem with. Not alot just some specific ones that seem way to coincidental for my situation. Not only that but Ive been factory resetting like a mad man and it always seems to be grabbing files from a past OS as it says. It seems to have infected 3 pcs on my network. New Trojan that Demands a Ransom

There is a new virus out there discovered by virus hunters known as "Cryzip". The Trojan encrypts your files and then demands a $300 ransom for the decryption password to get your files back. After encrypting the files, the virus leaves a nice step-by-step guide of how to go about paying the ransom off. It's supposedly spread through email Spam, and has successfully evaded anti-virus scanners.
