    Is this a virus on my computer


    HiI need your help to identify if this is a virus also i dont know how to get rid of it. Its name is "PUAIDMANGER:Win32/OfferCore". When i say start actions it does literally nothing it only asks me to scan my device. Also i cant use any admin rights
